This page is about me. Strangely, this whole website is about me so why would I need a separate page about myself? Anyway, I usually don't like writing as if I were talking and I also don’t like posing questions to the reader. However, here I am making an exception because it seems appropriate. I am roughly 599,184,000 seconds old but believe that ages may soon be irrelevant. Since technology is progressing so rapidly, there will likely be many amazing breakthroughs in longevity. Perhaps this will happen before I reach the end of my natural lifespan. Because of this I believe there is a chance that I will never die, but I wouldn’t bet my life on that. Living forever would give people's lives a whole new dimension of meaning. My main belief about our finite lives is that they get meaning from the advancement of our knowledge and technology and our ability to leave something behind for future people to have. My interests, other than making strange and random statements, are many and varied and include architecture, aviation, carpentry, cartography, computers, cryonics/life extension, drawing, geography, geology, history, linguistics, locksmithing, mechanical engineering, photography, physics, political philosophy, space exploration/colonization, telegraphy, transhumanism, vexillology and writing. My dislikes include age discrimination, formality/protocol, conformity, and parsimony. I am an ordained minister, a student and I own an acre of land on the Moon. I created this website to be a place to share some of myself with everyone else. So why should you care about all this? Maybe you shouldn’t but you read it so apparently you do.
